Personal Data Information Notice
Data controller: Karen ASA Uluslararası Yönetim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. (Lojman.org), Ceyhun Atıf Kansu Cad. No: 36/6 Balgat, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. Data processed: identity, contact details, professional information, company information, reference member information, expectations, consent records, transaction security records and contact form messages.
Purposes of processing: evaluating the membership application, establishing and maintaining the membership relationship, providing membership services and programme information, answering contact requests, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Transfer: to provide the service, personal data may be shared with infrastructure and hosting service providers located in Türkiye and abroad, acting as data processors and subject to the necessary security measures. After membership is accepted, the display name, profession, sector and collaboration interests are shown only to members whose introduction requests the member has accepted; identity, contact, address, company details and financial information are never shared with any member.
Online status: whether a member is online on the portal is shown to other members and to the management through the light in the window of their residence and the status indicator on their neighbour card. Only the last-seen time is stored for this purpose.
Showcase boards: the showcase images, titles, descriptions and links uploaded by the member and approved by the management are shown to all members in the member's residence. The member can change or remove their boards at any time.
Your rights: under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to request information, rectification, erasure, to object and to lodge a complaint. Requests are answered within 30 days.
The Lojman.org management (MYK) has the right of disposition over all matters relating to the operation of the site (members' residence information, whether they are online, whether residence lights are on, changes of membership type, etc.) and may make changes to these matters whenever it deems necessary.
Explicit Consent Text
I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the Information Notice for the evaluation of my membership application and the maintenance of the membership relationship, and to its transfer to infrastructure and hosting service providers located in Türkiye and abroad.
Digital consent is recorded with the date, IP address and browser information. After acceptance, a wet-signed form is collected separately and archived.
I give my explicit consent, once I become a member, to whether I am online being shown to other members through the window light of my residence and my neighbour card, and to my showcase boards approved by the management being shown to all members.
I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the personal data of those who use the Lojman.org portal is collected, protected and used. Lojman.org is a brand of Karen ASA Uluslararası Yönetim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.; the data controller is Karen ASA Uluslararası Yönetim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti.
Information we collect
The information you provide in your membership application (full name, phone, email, profession, sector, company, experience, expectations, references), the showcase boards, introduction requests and support messages you share in the member panel, the messages you send through the contact form, consent records, and the technical records required for session and transaction security (date, IP address, browser information, last-seen time).
How we use information
Your information is used to evaluate your membership application, to maintain the membership relationship, to pass on introduction requests through the Central Management Board (MYK), for invoicing, to answer support and contact requests, and to fulfil legal obligations. Your information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Sharing with other members
Your approved showcase boards are open to all members. Limited profile information such as your display name, profession, sector and collaboration interests is shown only to members whose introduction requests you accept. Identity, contact, address, company details and financial information are never shared with any member.
Security
Identity, contact and business information is stored encrypted field by field. Only authorised management can access this information, and every access is logged. Data is kept on the systems of the infrastructure and hosting service providers we work with to provide the service, subject to the necessary security measures.
Retention period
Your information is kept for the duration of the membership relationship and, after it ends, for the period required by legal obligations. Information you ask us to delete and that is not legally required to be kept is deleted or anonymised.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can use the form on the Contact page or apply in writing to Ceyhun Atıf Kansu Cad. No: 36/6 Balgat, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. Requests are answered within 30 days.
The Lojman.org management (MYK) has the right to make the changes it deems necessary to this policy; the current text is always published on this page.
