Others are estates. This is LOJMAN...

Lojman.org is the platform and portal that brings together a distinguished community: people selected from among the applicants and admitted through a reference system, who aim to lift whatever they do (their work, their art or their pursuits) higher through strong lobbying connections, and who value virtue and being a good person. On the Lojman.org platform and portal, you live alongside 999 selected neighbours.

Lojman.org is a portal; it does not provide physical housing, residence or property rights. The residences represent virtual spaces and membership types.
