How Does Lojman.org Work?
Lojman.org is a platform and a portal. A candidate whose membership is accepted chooses, from six membership types, the one that suits their budget. Every membership type on Lojman.org corresponds to a residence type. These residence types are:
- Start-Up (1+0)
- Silver (1+1)
- Gold (2+1)
- Platinium (3+1)
- Diamond (4+1)
- Premium (5+1 Villa)
Each residence type has a monthly rent; to become a member of Lojman.org, you rent one of these residence types.
Why Lojman.org?
As of today, we are living in the year 2026 AD. Technology has advanced so far that only two things are still missing: vehicles flying over our heads and teleportation. Apart from those, we are living at almost the most advanced level of technology. This has produced people who get lost among the products of technology and miss the flavour of life. After the generation that lived its youth in the 1990s, we entered a synthetic period in which people cannot enjoy life and do not know what they want.
One of the most important wishes of people today is to enjoy life, to live an organic life and to spend good time with qualified people like themselves on a selected platform… Lojman.org was created with the ideal of answering this strong wish.
All members of Lojman.org, that is, all members who have a home in our lojman, are people selected for many essential qualities. Their social interactions, their digital and real dialogues with one another and their outlook on life are built on a ground where they cause not the slightest disturbance to a next-door neighbour or to any (digital) neighbour in the same building; on the contrary, members contribute to one another in terms of quality and Business Development.
The founder of Lojman.org, the philosopher Bünyamin R. Altunelli, is also the founder of Karen ASA, Turkey's first lobbying and Business Development company. The Lojman.org portal is the world's first digital lobbying portal and platform, launched by Karen ASA, Turkey's first lobbying company, as part of the events marking its 20th anniversary.
All members admitted to Lojman.org, that is, all of your neighbours, will do better and produce more of whatever they create in their individual lives (their work, art, sport, politics, in short everything they produce) within the vast atmosphere of potential interaction formed by the 999 selected members of Lojman.org, and will raise both their commercial Business Development and their social lives to the highest level among a qualified circle.
For example, a member holding a 1+0 Studio, our most economical membership type, will be able to offer the work they do or the value they create to 998 neighbours living in the same lojman, gain commercial benefit from this potential customer base of 998 people, and add to their life the friendship, support and social interaction of a highly distinguished community.
